Order Processing

Orders are carefully packed and shipped the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your Track & Trace information.

Track & Trace

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation has been sent.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the Track & Trace information provided in your shipping confirmation.

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you in locating your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to us.
